Privacy notice

This notice describes the subscription website operated by ADIUVO DOO.

Using this website

This page does not require its own user account, store agency records, or collect card details. A random payment ID is kept in session storage for this browser tab so it remains available if you reload the page; it is included in your payment notice only when you choose to submit it. A submission-status marker can also be kept for this reference in session storage to reduce repeat submissions. Website hosting may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website.

Payments and subscription management

Online checkout is not yet connected. Once available, payments and subscription management will be provided on Stripe-hosted pages. You will enter your agency name, email, creator quantity, and payment information there. ADIUVO DOO will use the relevant billing details and payment status to manage your subscription and arrange access manually. This website does not store your full card details.

Payment QR codes

The payment QR codes are generated in your browser from the details shown on the page. Bank account details, wallet addresses, and payment amounts are not sent to an external QR-image service. Scanning a code does not itself confirm or execute payment; you must review and approve it in your bank or wallet app.

Currency conversion

When you select crypto, this page requests a public EUR-to-USDC rate from Coinbase. No agency name or payment information is included in that request. Your browser connects directly to the rate provider, which receives ordinary technical connection information.

Payment notices & support

When you submit a payment notice, the page sends your platform account email, agency name, payment ID, creator count, plan period, EUR amount, chosen payment method, transfer reference or transaction hash, and any displayed crypto quote to FormSubmit for delivery to support@samoprijatelji.com. We use these details to find your platform account, check receipt, and assign the subscription manually. Submission is not proof that funds have been received and does not automatically activate access.

FormSubmit processes the submission and ordinary technical request information to deliver the email and protect against abuse. See FormSubmit privacy information. Do not include card numbers, passwords, or bank account login details. The site does not store a customer database.

If you contact support separately by email, your email address and message are used to respond to your enquiry.

Future payment integration

Payments are not currently enabled. Once connected, Stripe will host checkout and the billing portal and process payment information. ADIUVO DOO will view payment status and billing references in Stripe to arrange access manually. This notice will be reviewed before paid checkout is enabled.
